Volunteer Executive Director & ATPF Co-Founder

Since 2003, Dayna Hoff has transformed the autism community in San Diego and the Bay Area through her role as Founder and Volunteer Executive Director of Autism Tree Project Foundation (ATPF). ATPF, which Dayna founded with her husband, Todd, when their son, Garret, was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2 ½, is the only autism foundation in the region that focuses on combining the three areas of Research, Early Intervention and Programming. ATPF provides 20 free programs and services to the community and has invested $2.6 million back into the community under Dayna’s leadership.

Tony Mauriello is now General Counsel at Generation NEXT Franchise Brands. He had a corporate transactional law practice with a focus on public company representation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and venture capital finance at international law firms, including Skadden Arps, Latham & Watkins, and Wilson Sonsini for 14 years prior to joining the company as its first full-time General Counsel. Licensed to practice law in California and New York, Mauriello graduated from the Duke University School of Law in 2003. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Law and dedicated father to three children.

Phil Senescall is the Director of Sales and CFO of Professional Maintenance Systems (PMS). Since 2008, he has spearheaded PMS’ development and tripled the company’s size. He is a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and currently serves on their Government Affairs and Community Service committees. Phil took on a leadership role in the community after his son Jack’s autism diagnosis in 2015 and has been serving on ATPF's Board of Directors since June 2019.
