We are always looking for volunteers and interns to help with our mission.
Autism Tree relies upon the dedicated service of its volunteers and interns to provide 20 community programs and 200+ events every year. We are extremely grateful for their support and are always looking to bring on new volunteers and interns, developing the next generation of community leaders!
Volunteers primarily help facilitate all of our in-person, virtual, and special events during weekends or weeknights. They also build meaningful social connections to our children and families while at the events, and capture Autism Tree's impact in the community. Their participation is crucial in creating a positive, fun, and comfortable environment for our children and families during our events. We accept volunteers of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences.
Interns—primarily high school or college students—are expected to volunteer at least two days per week (Monday-Friday) for a minimum of three hours per day, supporting the daily operations of Autism Tree and assisting with program activities. Interns must also commit to participating in at least two weekend events each month. In addition to standard volunteer responsibilities, interns are expected to take on leadership roles during events, provide direct support to the Autism Tree leadership team, and serve as positive, professional representatives of Autism Tree.
We accept applications on a rolling basis for all internships. Click here to learn more and apply.
