Adaptive Dance Program

Launched in July 2019, the Adaptive Dance Program was created by Autism Tree Board Member Linda Rosas to provide children, teens, and young adults with a fun, sensory-friendly space to move and express themselves through dance.

Autism Tree partners with Tap Fever Studios in Pacific Beach to provide weekly dance classes for Autism Tree families. Autism Tree volunteer, Emily Ginsburg, hosts quarterly dance classes for teens and adults in Carlsbad, and Dancers with Heart hosts monthly dance classes for ages 4-12 years old in Del Mar.

Autism Tree children, teens, and young adults meet weekly for a fun, sensory friendly dance class for all abilities, led by certified dance instructors.
