The Autism Advance Program was launched in 2022 by Garret Hoff, an Autistic professional and current student at Duke Law School. The program offers professional development workshops for teens and young adults, designed to help participants advance in the classroom and succeed in the workplace.
Garret has represented Autism Tree as a member of San Diego County Board Supervisor Terra Lawson-Remer’s working group, which advised on drafting the first formally enacted neurodiversity employment initiative by a local government. He also founded the Duke Law Neurodivergent Students Association to foster a supportive, empowering community for neurodivergent-identifying law students.
