Kids Fitness Program

Founded by ATPF Volunteer Program Director, University of San Diego Student and Certified Fitness Trainer Anica Tillu, the Kids Fitness Program looks to introduce children on the spectrum to new and fun exercises designed to help develop balance, strength and encourage engagement in an active lifestyle.

Anica leads this fun monthly program that features exercises that
 can be done using simple household items. Classes are held virtually
 over Zoom. Since 2020, this program has served 17 children and 12 families to date.
